This group offers a combination of support and skill building opportunities to better cope with the emotional effects of a challenging fertility journey. Participants are all navigating fertility struggles, pregnancy loss or both. This confidential and judgement-free group integrates supportive, educational, and mindfulness components while providing a compassionate space for connection and sharing. This group will address the trauma that accompanies pregnancy loss. With support from a licensed clinical social worker, you will gain support to better cope with the anxiety and confusion that accompanies the roller coaster ride of experiencing infertility.
It doesn't matter where you're at in this journey- we will explore issues that so many face when undergoing treatment- guilt, shame, isolation, uncertainty, anxiety.
